Cold sores and peanut butter
If you get cold sores I recommend that you stay away from peanuts. We have been telling people for the last year and now we are hearing results. My neighbor called today because she did a test. She loves peanut butter and get cold sores. She took 10 days off peanut butter and then the other night had a small bite and the next day she woke up with one. Then she told her sister and her sister had the same experience. If cold sores run in your family switch you and your children’s snacks to the almonds world. |
